Day-by-Day Itinerary
Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
You are picked up by your guide at the airport or your Nairobi hotel at 6:30 am or earlier for a short, easy drive to Amboseli National Park. After lunch, an afternoon game drive begins at 3:00 pm, with herds of wildebeest and zebra, prides of lions, hyenas, antelopes and some of Kenya's largest elephant herds against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Amboseli to Nairobi
For the best views of Kilimanjaro, wake for the sunrise, when the early light transforms the mountain. After breakfast, check out and enjoy a half-day game drive in Amboseli National Park before driving back to Nairobi, arriving in the late evening.
