A 10-day Kenya and Tanzania safari through Amboseli, Tarangire, Lake Manyara, the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, finishing in Arusha. Highlights include Big Five game drives, Amboseli's elephants beneath Mount Kilimanjaro, Tarangire's baobab landscapes, Lake Manyara's wildlife diversity and the Serengeti plains. Minimum two travellers.

On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport you are welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Relax after your journey and settle in for an overnight stay on a bed-and-breakfast basis.
After breakfast, travel south along the Mombasa Road to Amboseli National Park, renowned for its large elephant herds and views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch, then set out on an afternoon game drive in search of the Big Five and other wildlife.
A morning game drive across the plains of Amboseli, with elephant herds beneath the snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro and chances to see lions, cheetahs, buffalo and giraffes. Return to the lodge to relax before an afternoon game drive.
After breakfast, leave Amboseli and cross the Kenya-Tanzania border to Arusha. Collect picnic lunch boxes and continue through savannah landscapes and rural towns to Tarangire National Park. Dinner and overnight are in the Lake Manyara area.
Enter Lake Manyara National Park, where forests, acacia woodland and the lake are home to elephants, hippos, flamingos and the famous tree-climbing lions. After a morning game drive, continue to the village of Mto wa Mbu for a local lunch and a guided stroll to meet locals and discover traditional crafts.
After breakfast, travel through the Ngorongoro Highlands towards the Serengeti, past rolling hills, acacia savannah and Maasai homesteads. After lunch at your camp, head out for your first game drive on the plains, where lions, cheetahs, elephants and leopards may appear.
Set out on an early morning game drive when predators are most active. Choose a full-day safari with a picnic lunch in the bush, or return to camp for lunch before an afternoon drive. Central Serengeti offers year-round wildlife viewing and is one of the best places to search for the Big Five.
After breakfast, enjoy a final game drive across the Serengeti before travelling to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, arriving for a late lunch. Unwind amid the highland scenery, then enjoy dinner and an overnight stay.
After an early breakfast, descend 600 metres into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, including elephants, lions, buffalo, black rhinos, hippos and flamingos, across grasslands, acacia forest, wetlands and soda lakes. Picnic lunch on the crater floor, then ascend the rim in the evening.
After breakfast, drive to Arusha and continue to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight.
